TNNA 2013 Trade Show

And we’re off! Day 1 of TNNA started with Sample It, which was both a madhouse and funhouse at the same time – very confusing! We picked up loads of wonderful samples to try new products for future KnitCrates.

Andrea sported her new  KnitCrate Boat Tote  all around TNNA –  Joe went with his traditional KnitCrate BAGGU Duck Bag – so she could have more room to stuff her findings. What is Andrea looking at? This first person to correctly identify the vendor in the picture will win one of the items Andrea is looking at! We’re “S”ure you’ll “B”e able to figure it out (hint hint!). When you do post it at our Facebook page where we link to this blog post…

Day 2 of TNNA and we’re fully charged for hours of walking and talking! The vendors met us with nothing but open arms. Prior to the event we had scheduled a dozen+ meetings with various vendors to discuss bringing you more AWESOMENESS in future KnitCrates. The inspiration was breathtaking! We also met several new potential vendors at the event…we were pleased that most new vendors had already heard of us. In fact we were often met with “How can I get into a KnitCrate?”. How cool is that? Stay tuned for the upcoming months’ KnitCrate surprises…

The size of the convention center was a bit overwhelming! Andrea sported her Little Martha Shawlette around TNNA - she added her own little touch with tassles to keep the shawlette in place - and she received loads of wonderful comments! She chose Maharani Silk colorway combination Champagne and Bollywood. You can pick one up here - our our July newsletter recipients will receive a promo code for a discount on this lovely kit (join the newsletter here and we’ll send it to you!).

Andrea observes as shop owners feverishly make their buying choices for the upcoming season…

Aisle after aisle of vibrant inspiration!

We’re spent, but more than ready to walk the TNNA red carpet…

We were so honored to be a 2013 Business Innovation Awards Finalist! It was so great to see the KnitCrate logo up on the screen.

One last sweep through the convention center to make our final rounds! Jewelry say what? The first person to correctly identify the knitting jewelry company on the left will win a beautiful cuff knitted jewelry kit. Hint hint: their based in the same state as KnitCrate and the founder has her back to you. When you think you’ve figured it out post it at our Facebook page where we link to this blog post…

PLEASE NOTE: Entries for the two contests must be submitted by July 6, 2013. Only one entry per contest and the same person cannot win both contests.  Good luck!
