May 2019 Membership Crate Reveal

It’s time to show off all the goodies we’ve had planned for your May 2019 Membership Crate shipments. This month is the last month in 2019 where we’ll be sending a single, signature skein on a ultra luxurious base: Knitologie Cozy Sock is a 75% Superwash Merino, 15% Nylon, 10% Cashmere, fingering weight yarn that works up beautifully into socks, shawls, and more. With 439 yards per skein, this means that a quick and easy (but rewarding) Spring project is within your reach! The colorway this month is called Citrus Squeeze and is inspired by lemons, tangerines, and grapefruits:

We’re flipping the script and sent you two patterns for socks: one in knit, one in crochet, for this month’s Membership Crate! First up, these lovely Magic Socks by designer Lilia Vanini:

Featuring Jasmine Stitch and all-over texture, these are great socks to slip on around the house, in the evenings, or with your house slippers to get the mail! We’ve also got socks for our knitting friends, designed by Sarah Jordan. These Squeezed Citrus socks were surely inspired by this month’s colorway:

For those of you who don’t knit socks, don’t despair! Sarah included a bonus pattern that you’ll be able to download in PDF format from our downloads page (see the Table of Contents page when your booklet comes!) The Jounce Cowl is a jaunty, textured add-on to any outfit:

Since we’ve got a single skein this month, we’ve also included some extras! We worked with Exchanging Fire, one of our favorite Etsy Shops, to create an adorable blueberry round marker. We also sought out some sweet little ladybug buttons that have us dreaming of baby cardigans for Spring Showers. If you need pattern ideas, be sure to visit us in the Ravelry group.

It’s not too late to get this crate! Sign up here.
