Falling Fern Socks

These lacy socks feature a pretty fern diamond pattern around the leg and extending over the beginning of the instep. The pattern then transitions to stockinette to ensure a comfortable fit over the foot.

The pattern includes detailed instructions and charts. These socks are worked from the top down.

Size:  small/medium; length adjustable
Yarn Requirements:  394 yards (360 meters) fingering weight yarn
Needles:  2.75 mm (US 2) double point needles
Gauge: 7.5 stitches = 1 inch in stockinette
