Milka Hat

GENERAL INFORMATION:

This is a beanie type fitted cabled hat with a slightly retro look. The cables interweave throughout the whole hat forming a beautiful flower at the crown. It may become a quick weekend project to create wonderful and memorable gifts.

The hat design is suitable both for men and women. Two sizes available to fit child / small adult or large adult. The design will benefit from proper blocking. It features chart only for the cables (no written instructions).

The pattern is suitable for adventurous beginners as well as more experienced knitters.

SIZE:

child / small adult - to fit head 21.65"-22.45" / 55-57 cm

large adult – to fit head 22.85"-24" / 58-61 cm

MATERIALS:

Yarn: 100g any worsted weight

Needles:  Circular or double pointed needles size 3.5 mm and 4.5 mm

GAUGE:

Gauge (in stockinette stitch, needle size 4.5 mm): 18 stitches x 25 rows for 4" x 4 4" / 10 cm x 10 cm
