This cowl was designed as an easy-to-follow project for beginners, and an easy knit for those who are more advanced. The varied textures create interest for the eye and make this a great piece to add on to your favorite outfit to keep you cozy.

Materials List:

  • US 9 - 5.5 mm Circular Needle
    Single Loop Cowl: 16 - 24” Cord / Double Loop Cowl: 32” Cord
  • Worsted Weight Yarn - 178 - 356 yards (163 - 326 m)
  • A Row Counter is recommended but not required
  • 4 Stitch Markers (3 in the same color + 1 contrasting color)
  • Darning Needle

Suggested Yarn:
Ella Rae Cozy Alpaca - 1 skein

Finished Size:
Instructions are given for two sizes:
Single Loop: 11” wide x 7 1/2” tall (22” circumference)
Double Loop: 22” wide x 7 1/2” tall (44” circumference)

Gauge: 18 stitches = 4 inches in Stockinette
