Let Me Flourish is a large, cozy, drapey shawl combining the beautiful simplicity of garter stitch with the classic elegance of a reversible cable. The garter stitch lets your choice of colors be the stand-out element, and invites you to use anything you find appealing, from a set of lovely neutrals to the craziest variegated or speckled yarn you cna find. When using multi-colored skeins, I suggest finding three that share a common color, and using that color for your solid to tie it all together. This shawl is knit in fingering weight with a size US 6 needle and a gauge of 18 stitches and 24 rows = 4". There are two sizes available: 32"x78" and 34"x82". Yarn required: 400 (420) yds A (solid); 260 (275) yds B; 350 (385) yds C; and 400 (420) yds D. It's pictured here in Malabrigo Sock Cote d'Azure (A), and Three Irish Girls Adorn Luxe in Regatta (B), Bright Lights Big City (C), and Maleficent (D).
