This luxurious little scarf requires just single skein of laceweight or light fingering yarn. The sample is worked in qiviut, yarn spun from muskox fibre, which is incredibly light yet delivers exceptional warmth and softness.
The lace pattern is provided in both written directions and chart form. The pattern is easy to memorize and allows for relaxing knitting while enjoying a special yarn. Blocking is required to fully reveal the lacy pattern.
Size: 5” wide and 48” long after blocking
Yarn Requirements: 217 yards (198) meters laceweight or light fingering yarn
Needles: 3.0 mm (US 2.5) straight or circular
Gauge: 35 stitches and 34 rows = 4 inches in stockinette
