This scrap sweater pattern was created with a purpose in mind: to use up some of the single skeins of yarn sitting around my house!
This sweater is all about being playful and having fun with color! I used two skeins of worsted yarn for the body, V-neckband, and cuffs, and one skein of fingering yarn, held double, for the sleeves and the lateral stripes.
This sweater is featured for v-neck, cable sleeves, ribbed edge & cuffs. The top-down sweater continues into the stockinette stitch body with a stripe in contrast color as underarm detail. The body and sleeve lengths are customizable. Knit a shorter version or continue for a long dramatic length. This sweater with fitted sleeves will become your favorite layer!
The pattern includes suggestions to try it on as you work and notations to help you tweak the size according to your preference.
