I commend Allison, of Allison Barnes Yarn for her courage and strength to speak out about her mental health struggles and help bring awareness to the community that they’re not alone.
As someone who suffers from anxiety and depression, I couldn’t have been any more on board when Allison was looking for designers to collaborate and feature her new Struggle & Strength Collection. This is a design that will forever be near and dear to my heart as a project that helped me come forward about my mental struggles as well.
You’re not alone. ♥
The Strength Within is a top-down crescent shawl that is worked flat. The pattern consists of both written directions and charts. The pattern includes detailed instructions for the techniques used and a handy-dandy progress tracker to help you keep track of your row and stitch counts.
